Ingredients:

  • Raw cashews: 150 grams, soaked in water for 2 hours
  • Coriander: large bunch, shredded
  • Green chilli: 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Lime juice: from 2 limes
  • Coconut sugar: ½ tsp

Process

Blend all the ingredients in a blender into a fine smooth paste. Serve with grilled wraps. Serves six.
